Volunteer Opportunities

Help is needed in so many ways, in our community and in groups such as ours, the Crater Rock Museum. Here are some ways you may want to become involved and help as we reach out to enlighten and educate people, of all ages, about our wonderful lapidary arts, mineralogy, paleontology, and so much more.

Volunteers for Veterans

Eric Lindquist is looking for 3 volunteers to help teach a lapidary arts class, once a month, in the Veterans Administration lapidary workshop. With 3 volunteers, each volunteer can teach the class once a month, and the vets will be able to attend class every week, on Mondays, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. For more information, contact Eric Lindquist 541-301-7644

Other Volunteer Opportunities

Operation and development of the Crater Rock Museum is through the Roxy Ann Gem & Mineral Society (RAGMS) – and in this position, the RAGMS needs RAGM members to help the organization too! To see how you can help, please check out the RAGMS Member page.
